Door Materials

In days gone by, doors were made of wood and required intensive efforts to keep looking and performing well. Canada's climate is not ideal for wood doors due to the large temperature and humidity swings. It is more energy efficient and timely to install a steel or fibreglass door in your home. Insulated cores and engineered construction ensure that your doors stay true and operating properly.

Steel Doors

Steel doors have been used in residential construction for many years. With decorative panelling and the strength of steel, you can choose from the many different glass options available. 1 3/4" thick, our steel doors are constructed to protect you and your family- from the elements as well as unwanted visitors.

Fibreglass Doors

Available in smooth and wood-grain texture, the upgrade to fibreglass is well worth it. The profile is deeper and more pronounced, which more closely duplicates the look of a wood door. Textured doors can be stained and given a very authentic wood-door appearance. Fibreglass doors are also more dent-resistant than steel.
